Meditation for Businesses

Boost workplace well being with tailored corporate meditation programs for your teams, which include a Q’n’A after each session. Participants find these very helpful. Help reduce stress and improve productivity.

Free/Drop In Meditation Classes

Join my popular, free and in-person weekly meditation classes at Los Altos, Woodland and Cupertino libraries, in the SF Bay Area and discover the magic of meditation. No sign-up needed. Just drop in.

Mondays 10:30-11 am, Los Altos, CA library

Mondays 7-7:30 pm, Woodland, CA library

Tuesdays 4:30-5 pm, Cupertino, CA library

Each session is 30 minutes long. You will learn to meditate on an easy, effective and a deeply calming flow in a small group for 20 minutes, followed by Q’n’A. Regular attendees have found these classes very beneficial over time.

Coaching

Life’s challenges may call for extra support. I offer life coaching sessions focused on practical tools and strategies to help you find clarity and overcome obstacles. Reach out for a first free consultation.
