Join my popular, free and in-person weekly meditation classes at Los Altos, Woodland and Cupertino libraries, in the SF Bay Area and discover the magic of meditation. No sign-up needed. Just drop in.

You will learn to meditate on an easy, effective and a deeply calming flow in a small group. Regular attendees have found these classes very beneficial.
Mindfulness
