Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions
Staying consistent with meditation is challenging. That’s why I focus on teaching easy-to-practice techniques that have inspired my students to meditate regularly and enjoy its numerous, life transforming benefits.
I I teach free weekly meditation sessions at select libraries in the SF Bay Area, and also work with small groups. Each session is typically 30 minutes, comprising meditation, focused breathing, mindfulness and answering questions from participants.
